Tachtit

 

Tachtit is hebrew for “Bottom” showcases the side not usually seen. Each canister is cut and turned upside down, supported on a base of bent 2mm steel sheet. A collection of canisters from the local market in Jerusalem got a new upcycled life as designed stools. The inspiration came from the water tower structure.
